Job summary

Aimotion is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function in the US for a fast-growing AI-driven marketing tech startup. This hands-on, strategic + operational role collaborates with leadership to design HR frameworks, drive recruitment, ensure compliance and nurture culture.

You will build scalable processes across talent acquisition, payroll, performance management, policy governance and regional HR support to enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• HR experience (4–7 years) in startups or fast-paced env.
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR practices.
• Hands-on, proactive, able to work independently.
• Experience building HR systems and processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition and employer branding
• Oversee HR operations: onboarding, payroll, leaves, documentation
• Design KPI/OKR frameworks; support salary structuring
• Develop and maintain Employee Handbook and HR policies
• Foster company culture and employee engagement
• Provide regional HR support for expansion and business planning
