Manna, a leading autonomous drone delivery company, is hiring an HR Manager for the USA, based in Tulsa. You will lead day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance, drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across US operations, reporting to the Director of HR in Dublin.

This role suits hands-on, startup-minded professionals who can shape the People function during rapid growth, partnering with leaders and external providers to deliver a positive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or People Operations role.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR activities across US operations and manage HR documentation.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Partner with external providers and advisors when required.
