You will leverage 360 Degree Feedback and other analytic tools to surface trends and inform budgets and bets.

The role emphasizes independent work, quick adaptation, and collaboration with stakeholders to remove operational bottlenecks while maintaining a strong results orientation.

Formación

• Ability to build data-driven models and dashboards.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a corporate setting.
• Comfort analyzing and presenting data to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Build the model that signals when to stop a losing business bet.
• Establish reporting cadences for timely stakeholder visibility.
• Analyze customer and sales data to surface actionable trends.
• Test market-entry scenarios before budgeting commitments.
• Collaborate with Stakeholder Management and Leadership to remove bottlenecks.
• Untangle Talent Mapping costs (fixed vs movable).
• Set guardrails to enable deals with minimal committee approval.
