AB Corporate is seeking a Business Partner in New Jersey to guide workforce planning and HR programs across production sites. The role partners with plant leadership to align staffing with changing demand and production volumes.

You will review HR metrics, lead investigations, and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. The position emphasizes collaboration with HR leadership to drive initiatives and maintain fair practices across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing HR metrics (turnover, retention, absenteeism, time-to-fill).
• Strong collaboration with plant and operations leadership.
• Knowledge of FLSA, I-9, ADA, FMLA and other employment laws.

Responsabilités

• Guide organizational structure and staffing strategies aligned with production demand.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose actions.
• Collaborate with the Head of HR on changes and HR program initiatives.
• Manage staffing partnerships with temp agencies and conversions.
• Ensure compliant policies, attendance programs, and fair discipline across shifts.
