• Analyze stalled deals and rebuild paths to yes.
• Lead strategic planning and quarterly goal-setting across units.
• Highlight key assumptions underpinning the plan.
• Own the P&L for the business and report to senior leadership.
• Frame tradeoffs clearly for executive decision-making.
