Responsibilities

Serve as a consultant to client groups on organizational issues and drive solutions aligned with business objectives.
Address and resolve employee relations issues and coach managers on disciplinary actions.
Partner with Recruiters to guide staffing decisions.
Provide guidance on employment, compensation, benefits, and policies.
Ensure work authorizations are valid; coordinate with Immigration Manager as needed.
Implement HR processes such as performance management, compensation planning, and succession planning.
Communicate HR processes and procedures to employees.
