RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide operational and consultative HR support across departments, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compensation. You will collaborate with department leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, and support reporting and special projects.

The role emphasizes strong partnership, advisory capability, and regulatory compliance, with a salaried, day-shift schedule at a New Jersey facility.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or Behavioral Science required.
• Prior HR Business Partner experience required.
• Working knowledge of HRIS and talent management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, time management and interpersonal/problem solving skills.
• Ability to make independent judgments when appropriate.

Responsabilidades

• Provides operational and consultative HR services to staff and management, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits and compensation.
• Establishes and maintains partnering relationships with departments to achieve HR goals.
• Delivers HR services to customers including HR staff and completes required reporting.
• Oversees onsite programs and assists with special projects.
• Prepares corporate and facility reports and documents for peer review or grievances.
• Acts as consultant/mediator for policy and union contract interpretation and application.
