Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant business or HR field.
Minimum 3 years HR experience; 3–5 years preferred.
Experience with HR systems (Ultimate, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Provide HR business partner support across all assigned business units in the designated location.
Support global HR initiatives under HR leadership direction.
Coordinate talent acquisition activities including background checks and onboarding.
Clarify benefits, payroll, and HR policies to employees.
Enter and maintain employee data in the HRIS.
Support performance management cycles within HR systems and ensure compliance.
Serve as liaison between local and global HR functions.
Participate in HR forums and advise on employee relations issues.
Assist with disciplinary processes and terminations when needed.
Assist with job reclassifications and writing job descriptions.
