Job summary

GSK US is seeking an HR Business Partner to support Global Regulatory Affairs within the Chief Medical Officer Organization HR team. This global role partners with senior leaders to drive change, culture, workforce planning and talent management across a complex matrix environment.

The successful candidate will bring strong business acumen, data-driven decision making, and capability to shape organisational design, governance and risk management in a US-based setting.

Qualifications

• HR partner experience in global or matrix organizations.
• HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with global consultation landscape and processes.
• Hands-on experience supporting transformation changes.
• Experience coaching leaders on cultural change agendas.
• Experience delivering interventions across leadership development, talent management, team performance and performance management.
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive actions.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, coaching and advising senior leaders.
• Experience in large, complex organizations.
• Team leadership / matrix leadership experience.
