As part of the global HR community, you will drive talent strategy across manufacturing and corporate functions, ensuring safety, compliance, and a positive employee experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in human resources, business administration, or related field; PHR/SHRM-CP asset.

Responsibilities

• Define workforce strategy aligned with company goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance at federal, state, and local levels.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans with Talent Acquisition.
• Design onboarding processes and integrate new hires smoothly.
• Lead training and development programs for leadership growth.
• Design compensation structures aligned with industry standards.
• Develop succession planning and talent pipelines.
• Implement performance management and improvement processes.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Oversee HR information systems and data analytics for decision support.
• Ensure safety compliance and collaborate on regulatory requirements.
• Support immigration and global mobility programs as needed.
