Job summary

MAHLE in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner - Training & Development to partner with business leaders and drive workforce capability, succession planning, and learning initiatives.

You will design and deliver onboarding, compliance, technical, and leadership training; manage LMS and HRIS records; coach managers; and analyze training metrics to improve performance in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Training and Development or a related role.
• Experience developing and facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training.
• Manufacturing or operations support experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and LMS preferred.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence leaders at all levels.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, training design and OD.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tech; Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align workforce planning with objectives.
• Assess training needs to identify performance gaps.
• Design, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate onboarding, compliance, leadership, and professional development programs.
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Develop and maintain annual training plans and roadmaps.
• Manage LMS and HRIS records for training compliance and reporting.
• Establish training effectiveness measurements using assessments and feedback.
• Provide coaching to supervisors, managers, and employees on performance and development.
• Support succession planning and talent reviews.
• Support recruiting, retention, and onboarding activities.
• Assist with employee investigations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement aligned with MPS.
• Analyze workforce and training metrics to identify trends and improvements.
