Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner - Training & Development (HRBPT) to act as a strategic partner and lead learning, talent development, and workforce effectiveness initiatives across the organization. You will design and manage onboarding, compliance, leadership, and professional development programs while guiding workforce planning and succession efforts.

You will oversee LMS/HRIS records, measure training effectiveness, and coach supervisors on performance and career

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Training & Development, Education, or related field is required.
Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Training and Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a closely related role is required.
Experience developing and facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training programs.
Manufacturing or operations support experience preferred.
Experience with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders at all organizational levels.
Knowledge of adult learning principles, training design, performance consulting, and organizational development.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology platforms.
Advanced Microsoft Excel Knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead training and development programs aligned with organizational objectives.
Design, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate onboarding, compliance, technical, leadership, and professional development training.
Oversee LMS and HRIS records to ensure training compliance and reporting.
Establish training effectiveness measurements using assessments and data.
Provide coaching and consultation on performance management and employee development.
Support succession planning, talent reviews, and retention initiatives.
Assist with recruiting initiatives, onboarding activities, and investigations as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
