Job summary
Swegon North America seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to establish and lead HR at our Murfreesboro, TN manufacturing site. You will serve as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and plant leadership, driving employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development while shaping a high‑performance culture.
The role requires 7+ years HR experience in manufacturing, with capability to coach leaders, manage change, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to transform HR processes and programs.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the HR function for the Murfreesboro site.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and org design.
- Advise on employee relations, coaching, performance, and culture.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding and talent development.
- Support compliance and HR operations with safety and unions if applicable.
