Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a Manufacturing Leader for its Murfreesboro, TN site. The role drives operational excellence, health, safety, and environmental culture, while leading cost, quality, and productivity initiatives across the plant.

The candidate will manage the P&L, steer strategic and long-range planning, and implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to deliver sustainable improvements. Domestic relocation and collaboration with MAHLE leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in production operations management, Engineering, Business or related discipline is required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing; plant experience required.
• Demonstrated experience leading the turn-around of a formerly challenged manufacturing plant is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall plant operations and HSE culture at Murfreesboro site.
• Accountable for P&L and pushing strategic performance targets.
• Develop roadmaps for Operations and Logistics to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and engage senior leadership to implement Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Support long‑range planning and relocation considerations for the Murfreesboro site.
