An industry leading, multi-billion dollar manufacturing organization is actively seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (Learning & Development) for their growing facility. This role will assist in the development and execution of HR strategies to advance business operations and provide high quality HR services.

Position Overview

• Design and facilitate high-quality training programs that build employee capability and strengthen succession pipelines.
• Coach and advise managers during talent reviews, performance management, and development planning.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the site.
• Manage training systems, records, and compliance, including event creation and system support.
• Develop and distribute learning and development communications.
• Pursue and manage external training grants and funding opportunities.
• Oversee learning and meeting facilities to support development activities.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in a manufacturing environment and/or administrative level experience.
