Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP or HR Generalist background.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and providing coaching/consultation.
• Experience supporting fast-paced operational environments with employee relations and performance initiatives.
• Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Compensation and HR functions to deliver people solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to VP-level business leaders across Products & Services and Supply Chain/Operations.
