The role supports Alpharetta-based employees and field teams, blending strategic partnership with hands-on HR leadership in a fast-paced environment, building relationships and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR/Business/related field.
• Five+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and coaching on complex people matters.
• Experience supporting a fast-paced operational environment with employee relations and performance initiatives.
• Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and other HR functions to implement people solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to VP-level leaders across Products & Services and Supply Chain/Operations.
• Translate business priorities into practical people strategies and solutions.
• Provide guidance on people matters using business acumen, data and critical thinking.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design and workforce considerations.
• Support organizational change initiatives and communicate change effectively.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure delivery of enterprise HR programs.
