Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure security of company computer systems and data.
• Manage HR/payroll systems and provide leaders with essential reporting.
• Respond to field crew questions on pay, benefits, and other issues.
• Keep job descriptions up-to-date and accurate.
• Oversee programs to maintain certifications/licensure for staff.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain employee files in accordance with policies and laws.
• Support operations leadership to stay compliant with HR regulations and HIPAA/privacy.
