Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management in designated units. You will serve as a strategic partner, consultant, and change agent to support business strategy and outcomes.

You will act as a trusted coach to executives, identify HR needs, and develop executive strategies. You’ll drive employee engagement, develop talent, and ensure regulatory compliance across a complex, global footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 8+ years of HRBP experience in large, dispersed orgs.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on workforce initiatives.
• Knowledge of compensation, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws.
• Expertise in organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit.
• Identify HR needs and develop executive HR strategies to support the business strategy.
• Coach business leaders to enhance engagement and drive high performance.
• Identify team development gaps and facilitate development activities.
• Assess organizational needs and propose structure/process/rewards changes to meet objectives.
• Act as change agent to ensure desired business results.
• Promote employee value proposition and drive engagement and employer branding.
• Collaborate with COEs in workforce planning, talent acquisition, total rewards, performance, development, HRIS.
• Conduct weekly meetings with business units and provide HR guidance.
