Vertiv is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our Anderson, SC team. You will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, guiding all HR functions and promoting a high-performance culture.

The role emphasizes employee relations, coaching, change management, and workforce optimization to support business goals, retention, and engagement across shifts and departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with manufacturing leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and coaching to improve workforce effectiveness.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations while ensuring policy compliance.
• Drive onboarding and integration to accelerate productivity and retention.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to close organizational capability gaps and implement development solutions.
• Coach leaders on performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
