Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an HR Partner to join a collaborative HR team supporting a broad portfolio of corporate and business functions.

This role offers exposure across the organization, from corporate functions to operations, with opportunities to influence talent, organization effectiveness, and leadership development. You’ll work with leaders, HR Partners, People Operations, and Centers of Excellence to translate business needs into practical people solutions and to drive the business

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: 3+ years of HR or related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with leaders and translate needs into practical people solutions.
• Partner on people priorities to support business goals and HR strategy.
• Coach leaders on team effectiveness, performance, and employee concerns.
• Support talent and development discussions, succession, and leadership capability.
• Assist with workforce planning and connect leaders with HR resources.
• Use data and feedback to improve retention, engagement, and the employee experience.
• Support employee relations and address trends or risks in EEO, policies, and workplace concerns.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations when applicable to address potential bargaining issues.
• Champion inclusivity and strengthen belonging across teams.
• Support onboarding and orientation experiences for new hires.
• Contribute to HR program implementation and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and adapt to future needs.
