Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience with 2+ years in leadership or senior advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HR operations.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members and lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data to drive workforce planning and performance improvements.
• High integrity, discretion, and professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support a team of HR Advisors across multiple off-site locations.
• Advise senior leaders on sensitive HR issues ensuring policy and legal alignment.
