Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational psychology, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• 10+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with broad stakeholder influence.
• Significant knowledge of HR strategy and ability to scale it across the organization.
• Ability to drive cross-functional change initiatives using Tyson methodology.
• Strong analytical, technical, and strategic skills; maintain confidentiality.
• Supervisory experience leading a team.
• Travel minimal; relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR strategy to drive the organization’s vision.
• Develop and implement plans ensuring effective use of human resources.
• Influence team behavior to promote safety and consistent employee experience.
• Identify and correct EEO/AA risk patterns using available resources.
• Build networks for feedback to address adverse business conditions.
• Identify patterns of dissatisfaction and implement remedies.
• Play an active role in talent evaluation and development.
• Partner with Talent COE to review learning catalog, performance, and budget.
• Monitor program ROI and adjust to meet business needs.
• Oversee a team and promote an agile, collaborative workplace.
