Thornton Tomasetti seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning. You will support employee relations, compensation planning, and leadership development across the organization, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to strengthen teams and culture.

Formación

• 8+ years experience as HRBP or similar role supporting senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on talent strategy, org design and change management.
• Experience leading culture-building initiatives within client groups or organization.
• Experience with compensation planning cycles (merit, promotion, bonus) and data-driven pay decisions.
• General knowledge of employment law and HR best practices; ability to handle confidential matters.
• Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills across all levels.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and L&D systems; proficiency with AI tools in HR operations.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior/executive leadership on talent strategy, org design, and resource management.
• Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, internal mobility, immigration, and future talent needs.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, workplace complaints, and performance issues; mitigate risk.
• Coordinate termination processes with internal stakeholders.
• Build leader capability through coaching and guidance for difficult conversations.
• Advise on policies, HR processes, and employment legislation.
• Support merit, promotion, and bonus planning; ensure fair compensation decisions.
• Facilitate talent calibration sessions to align performance expectations and development.
• Champion culture-building initiatives to boost engagement across client groups.
• Maintain HRBP metrics and leverage HR tech/AI for insights and decisions.
• Design trainings on performance management, career development, and feedback.
