Job summary

Thornton Tomasetti is seeking a strategic Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation, benefits, and leave programs worldwide. This hands-on leadership role involves shaping end-to-end strategy, negotiating with carriers and brokers, and building a high-performing team.

The role reports to the Director of HR Operations & Technology, overseeing programs across US, Canada, UK, Australia, India, Vietnam, and beyond, with an emphasis on governance and analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing benefits programs across multiple countries.
• Demonstrated experience running RFPs and leading vendor negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global benefits strategy and vendor relationships.
• Oversee the global compensation framework, including salary structures and market pricing.
• Oversee global leave administration and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain governance over vendor contracts, renewals, audits, and documentation.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting for Total Rewards metrics; analyze utilization and costs.
