• 10+ years of human resources, business or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enterprise and business line talent strategies with recruiting, learning and development, retention and engagement.
• Consult with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness and act as a culture champion with focus on inclusion.
• Use workforce data and predictive analytics to support business metrics and decisions.
