Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of human resources, business or managerial experience
• Strong understanding of HR COEs and operations
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and identify trends

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enterprise talent strategies across business lines
