Job summary

Tyson Foods in Waterloo, IA is seeking an HR Partner to execute strategies that optimize human capital and align with business objectives. You will partner with People Operations and COEs to create a safe environment, drive retention and development, and influence leadership on HR principles and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Workday and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of HR strategy execution and processes, confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR strategy to support business unit objectives.
• Partner with leadership to create a safe, engaging environment and drive retention.
• Identify and correct risk patterns in EEO/AA; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with COEs and People Operations on onboarding and workforce planning.
• Support EVP and talent enablement processes and ROI tracking.
