Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• 10+ years in talent management or workforce strategy; 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and strategic direction across the enterprise to drive talent transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement an integrated governance and succession planning framework.
• Lead enterprise-wide workforce assessments aligned with strategic priorities and KPIs.
• Lead enterprise performance management strategy, including calibration and data integration into talent decisions.
• Support talent analytics and technology strategies with data-driven insights.
• Partner with executives to develop leadership pipeline development and internal mobility strategies.
• Provide strategic direction for BRGs, aligning engagement with leadership development and business objectives.
• Manage budget and resources for executive talent assessment and deployment.
