Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking an Human Resources Manager to serve as a hands-on generalist, partnering with operations across compliance, recruiting, employee relations and development. This role will drive HR programs aligned with business objectives and contribute to Masis operations with timely, accurate execution.

The candidate will lead recruitment, benefits management, job analysis, and organizational design while ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience, with project management exposure.
• SHRM SPC or PC or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive compliance standards with HR team and operations.
• Support internal recruitment, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Analyze jobs, benchmark market trends, and advise org structure.
• Administer benefits programs and ensure timely filing.
• Deliver training and maintain auditing and governance.
• Lead and manage multiple projects in HR function.
• Support incentive programs to drive high performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Prepare reports and manage HRIS data.
