Job summary

MSI Express Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead strategic and tactical HR activities across the site. You will collaborate with the leadership team and operations to align HR goals with business needs.

The role covers employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, training, and compensation administration. You will guide managers on interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, and safety, while fostering a strong culture.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in HR or related field; 7+ years HR experience.
• Master’s degree in HR or related field desirable.
• PHR/SPHR and SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications desirable.
• Experience partnering with senior management; leading organizational change deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business strategy.
• Advise managers on issues impacting people within the organization.
• Oversee staffing, succession planning, and associate programs.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and employee communications.
• Support site climate and culture initiatives.
• Conduct trainings and provide leadership development across sites.
