Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting employee relations, investigations, performance management, and employment law compliance.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence leaders at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management.
• Identify workforce risks and opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
• Promote employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Conduct investigations and resolve workplace concerns.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and employment practices.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Collaborate with Legal and business leaders on sensitive matters.
• Lead and develop HR personnel; provide feedback and development.
• Oversee HR operations and analytics using HRIS and MS 365.
