Job summary

ACI Worldwide is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide full-service human capital support and direction. You will partner with department leaders to develop and execute talent strategy, workforce planning, recruiting, leadership development, and organizational design.

You will advise on employee relations, compensation, policies, and engagement strategies while collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to drive change and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field.
• 5+ years related work experience.
• Management/leadership or significant HR Generalist experience.
• Experience and fluency in the use of AI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with business unit leaders to address HR needs.
• Serve as primary business partner for one or more departments within the unit.
• Support Talent Strategy activities including workforce planning, recruiting, and organization design.
• Provide high level support for compensation activities including merit, promotions, and incentive programs.
• Address employee relations issues and gather information for future strategy.
• Support Employee Engagement initiatives and analyze survey data for insights.
