Job summary

IEEE Corporate is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, drive talent strategies, and guide workforce planning and organizational design. The role also supports performance management, succession planning, and employee relations, with a focus on engagement and a strong governance mindset.

You will collaborate with Learning & Development, Legal & Compliance, and HRIS teams, supporting both on-site and remote colleagues in a hybrid model at the Piscataway, NJ location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PHR or SPHR certification a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of strategic HR business partnering experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and co-create people strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, org design and change management with business leaders.
• Guide performance management cycles including calibration and talent reviews.
• Drive talent and succession planning discussions and leadership pipelines.
• Analyze engagement survey results and implement action plans to improve team effectiveness.
