Curriculum Associates, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic talent partner for assigned business units. You will shape workforce plans, guide redesign efforts, and collaborate with CoEs to drive high-performance and belonging.

You will support talent initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and compensation programs, while leveraging data analytics to anticipate risks and inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building relationships with senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management principles.
• Proven ability to advise leaders on talent strategy implications and to guide workforce redesign.
• Experience handling complex employee relations issues with sound judgment balancing business needs and risk.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary strategic HR partner for assigned business unit, aligning talent strategy with objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, succession, and capability development.
• Advise leaders on implications of talent decisions and ensure equitable, long-term goals.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on talent initiatives like leadership development and performance management.
• Drive rollout of people programs (compensation, performance) within the unit with CoEs.
• Use talent data and analytics to surface insights and inform decisions.
• Support workforce redesign, organizational design, and team structure strategies.
• Assist leaders through change with planning, communication, and adoption.
• Handle escalated employee relations issues in coordination with HR Advisors, Legal and CoEs.
