Matthews International in Indiana seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to deliver strategic HR services, coach leaders, and align talent programs with business goals. This role partners with unit leadership to drive compliance, performance, and organizational capability.

You will oversee employee relations, training, change management, and policy implementation while traveling as needed to support both local and international initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field required.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Periodic travel locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Builds relationships with assigned business unit leadership and identifies opportunities to contribute to success of assigned groups.
• Leads implementation and adaptation of broad corporate policies, plans and programs to meet business unit objectives.
• Directs effective communication program with managers and employees to ensure understanding of HR programs, policies and plans.
• Provides counsel and guidance to local management on sensitive performance and employee relations issues.
• Supports business restructuring and vets layoff decisions.
• Resolves disputes and complaints by conducting investigations and producing written reports with findings and next steps.
