Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years progressive experience in organizational development, talent management, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise talent strategies focused on developing high potential talent across the organization.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning and organizational talent assessments.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to assess talent capabilities and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Design and implement leadership and employee development initiatives including mentoring, coaching, and job rotations.
• Oversee learning, training, and capability building programs to develop critical skills and future workforce needs.
• Lead university relations, internship, and early career programs.
