Job summary

BMO Financial Group seeks a Senior Talent Strategy professional to lead the development and execution of strategic workforce plans, aligning talent with business objectives. You will assess gaps, craft future-focused talent strategies, and coach leaders on development and succession planning to strengthen organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Appropriate HR designation (i.e. CHRP, ADR) preferred.
• Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the business in creating and delivering a strategic workforce plan with an execution roadmap.
• Assess and identify current and future talent gaps (supply and demand) and develop a talent strategy to close the gaps.
• Design a business-aligned talent strategy focused on attracting, developing & retaining talent with future focused skills.
• Lead leadership and succession planning for business supported.
• Participate in the senior leader hiring process.
• Support leaders in building and implementing development plans to create leaders with future focused skills.
