Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a senior Talent Strategy professional to develop and execute a comprehensive workforce plan aligned with business strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to identify talent gaps, design strategies to attract, develop and retain future-ready leaders, and oversee aligned performance and total rewards initiatives.

You will also coach leaders, drive change management, and ensure governance across HR risk and center of excellence programs.

Qualifications

Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree or equivalent.
HR designation (CHRP, ADR) preferred.
Seasoned professional with education, experience and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and support strategic workforce plans with execution roadmaps.
Assess current and future talent gaps and close them with plans.
Design business-aligned talent strategy focusing on attracting and developing talent.
Lead leadership and succession planning for the supported business.
Ensure alignment of performance management and total rewards with people strategy.
Provide guidance on change management and inclusion initiatives.
