Job summary

Target seeks an HR Business Partner for the Chambersburg, PA Regional Distribution Center to partner with leadership on onboarding, performance management, and organizational development. You will support recruitment, retention, development, and engagement initiatives for teams across the center.

You will translate business goals into HR solutions, advise leaders on policy interpretation, and deliver HR services with a focus on quality, efficiency, and impact on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with varying levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
• Strong reasoning, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict.
• Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and computer systems (Excel, Word, O365).
