The role partners with senior and local management to deploy HR programs, ensure legal compliance, and coach staff toward results aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-3 years experience in an HR position.
• Experience in recruitment and labor relations.
• Bachelor or Master in Human Resource Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Local deployment of Global HR COE strategies and policies.
• Manage employee relations, compensation, benefits, staffing and succession planning.
• Act as an Employee Advocate and support HR strategy.
• Partner with local management to implement HR programs and procedures.
• Provide guidance on HR laws, regulatory compliance, and discipline.
• Drive training, development, and coaching to achieve business objectives.
