Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Alpharetta, GA Resource Center onsite.

Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to VP-level leaders across Products & Services and Supply Chain/Operations, translating business priorities into people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness. The Senior HR Business Partner will support Alpharetta and field-based employees in a fast-paced environment, delivering hands-on HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting senior leaders.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and providing consultation and coaching.
• Experience in fast-paced operational environment with employee relations, performance, and workforce initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and other HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to VP-level leaders across Products & Services and Supply Chain/Operations.
• Translate business priorities into practical people strategies and solutions.
• Provide counsel on people and organizational matters using data and business insight.
• Assess capability gaps and coach leaders to strengthen team effectiveness.
• Partner on organizational design and workforce considerations for evolving needs.
• Lead change management and communication for enterprise initiatives.
• Ensure effective execution of HR programs: onboarding, performance, compensation, engagement.
