Job summary

This role partners with business leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce planning, and associate engagement in a complex operation. You will oversee talent management, performance management, compensation, and compliance while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 4 years’ experience in HR or related field OR 7 years’ experience in HR or related field.
• Experience partnering with business leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Experience managing talent and performance initiatives in large-scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Define the HR strategy to support business goals and advise on organizational change initiatives.
• Drive talent management and workforce planning for the assigned area with data-driven insights.
• Ensure consistent HR policy application and program execution across the facility.
• Lead multiple business plans, remove barriers, and drive performance improvements.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities, fostering a culture of belonging and accountability.
