Dauch Corporation is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Corporate HR team at our World Headquarters in Detroit, MI. This onsite role focuses on employee relations, coaching leaders, and workforce planning for designated groups.

The successful candidate will partner with leaders to translate business goals into people strategies, support HR processes within COEs, and drive change initiatives while keeping information confidential and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Psychology; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in HR in a global, medium to large organization; HRBP experience preferred.
• Experience in employee relations, coaching, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR expertise in employee relations, coaching, and workforce planning for assigned groups.
• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals and initiatives.
• Support COEs in Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits; facilitate onboarding and offboarding.
• Coach leaders and employees; maintain confidential information.
• Assist with HR compliance and HRIS maintenance; support organizational change.
