Qualifications

• 1+ years of working HR experience.
• Familiarity with Workday (or relevant ATS/HRIS software).

Responsabilités

• Lead plant recruiting: develop strategy, source candidates, screen and interview.
• Maintain open dialogue with employees across shifts; document resolutions.
• Process payroll and personnel changes; ensure accurate records for SOX.
• Assist employees with benefits questions and benefits rollout.
• Handle verification of employment requests and references.
• Conduct new hire orientation; manage probationary records.
• Coordinate hourly employee evaluations and wage adjustments.
• Maintain personnel reports (Manning, Training, Attendance).
• Oversee plant uniform program administration and inquiries.
• Plan company functions and employee recognition events.
• Administer PPE and employee reimbursement program.
