Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the Corporate HR team at our World Headquarters in Detroit, MI. This onsite role will support employee relations, coaching, and workforce planning for designated functions, collaborating with leaders to implement people strategies.

The HRBP will partner on Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits processes and help drive organizational change while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• 5+ years HR experience in a global, medium to large organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR expertise in employee relations, coaching, and workforce planning for assigned groups.
• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Support core HR processes including Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding activities and maintain HRIS.
