Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a seasoned Partner Resources Manager to serve as a strategic people partner for New England and New York State. You will translate business strategy into actionable people plans, coach leaders, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture that elevates partner experiences.

You will drive talent planning, organizational design, and change management across the region, enabling partners to thrive and deliver results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a business partner, generalist, employee relations, talent management, or specialty HR function.
• 3+ years of experience partnering with leaders to diagnose business challenges and implement people strategies.
• Experience driving change and leading organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner Strategically: Build trusted relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into people plans.
• Champion the Partner Experience: Be a trusted advocate for partners, guiding engagement, inclusion, growth, and well-being.
• Drive Business Performance Through People: Lead talent strategies and programs aligned with enterprise priorities and regional needs.
• Consult, Coach, and Influence: Provide coaching on talent planning, organizational design, and change management.
