Job summary

Starbucks, Los Angeles, seeks a director of Partner Resources (HR) to lead the regional HR team and shape talent strategy for our partners. You will partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, performance management, and leadership development while embedding our Mission & Values across operations.

You will oversee a team of partner resource managers, champion inclusion, and deliver programs that elevate partner experience and business growth in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Advanced experience partnering with senior leaders in hospitality, service industries, and operations.
8 years' experience leading HR strategies, pipelines, change management, training and performance management.
Leadership of an HR team with multi-functional generalist accountabilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to align talent priorities with business strategy.
Lead performance management for the region.
Be a thought leader, driving priorities and improvements.
Leverage data to elevate partner experience.
Coach partners and develop a high-performing HR team.
