Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Senior Partner Relations Associate (Remote-US) to consult on employee relations for retail store managers in the U.S. You will navigate questions and concerns, and advocate for partners and managers, ensuring fair and consistent policy interpretation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Psychology, Education, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4 years in HR generalist or related operations leadership with focus on employee relations.
• At least 1 year consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and solutions.
• Knowledge of HR management principles and local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Ability to apply consultative skills in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on employee relations issues for retail store managers in the U.S.
• Advocate for partners and managers while ensuring fair and consistent policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with partner relations peers to ensure equitable application of policies.
• Manage workload of Partner Relations cases with thorough documentation.
• Support projects to improve partner experience and drive efficiency.
