You will work with senior leaders in hospitality and operations, driving HR initiatives, staffing, succession, and change management within a high-growth environment, onsite with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in working with senior leaders in hospitality, service industries, and operations.
• Experience executing human resources strategies and initiatives, including pipeline and succession planning, change management, training and development, staffing, and performance management (8 years).
• Leadership of a human resources team with multi-functional generalist accountabilities (8 years).
• Human resource experience in labor and employee relations preferred.
• Progressive experience providing human resources leadership and management services in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop a comprehensive approach to Talent aligned to business strategy and workforce needs.
• Lead performance management for region.
• Be a thought leader, seizing opportunities and driving priorities.
• Leverage data and insights to assess and drive action to elevate customer and partner experience.

• Ensure inclusion and belonging are integrated into talent practices at all levels.
• Serve as an advocate for all partners, leaders, customers and business.
• Lead and develop a team of partner resource managers and develop cross-functional partners.
